hoy. is made by Álvaro Martín. Your use of hoy. is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with these terms.
Your days
What you track with hoy. is yours. It stays on your iPhone unless you share a habit, a card or a backup yourself.
hoy. Pro
Pro is a one-time in-app purchase, not a subscription. Apple sells it and handles payment, refunds and restoring the purchase on your other devices, under Apple's own terms. Joining a habit somebody shares with you is always free.
Shared habits
When you share a habit, the people in it see the days each of you marks. You can leave a shared habit, or stop sharing it, at any time; your own history stays on your iPhone.
Paper trackers
Scanning reads ticks from a printed sheet as well as it can. You always see the result before it is saved, and a scan only adds days, it never removes them. Check it before you confirm.
Your rights
hoy. is provided as it is, within what the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of your country.
Changes
If these terms change, this page will show the new date.

Tus días
Lo que registras con hoy. es tuyo. Se queda en tu iPhone salvo que tú compartas un hábito, una tarjeta o una copia de seguridad.
hoy. Pro
Pro es una compra única dentro de la app, no una suscripción. La vende Apple, que gestiona el pago, los reembolsos y la restauración de la compra en tus otros dispositivos, según sus propios términos. Unirte a un hábito que alguien comparte contigo siempre es gratis.
Hábitos compartidos
Cuando compartes un hábito, quienes están en él ven los días que marca cada uno. Puedes salir de un hábito compartido, o dejar de compartirlo, cuando quieras; tu propio historial se queda en tu iPhone.
Hojas de papel
El escaneo lee las marcas de una hoja impresa lo mejor que puede. Siempre ves el resultado antes de guardarlo, y un escaneo solo añade días, nunca los quita. Revísalo antes de confirmar.
Tus derechos
hoy. se ofrece tal cual, dentro de lo que permite la ley. Nada de estos términos limita tus derechos como consumidor según la ley de tu país.
Cambios
Si estos términos cambian, esta página mostrará la fecha nueva.
